Welcome to London Neurodivergent ADHD/Autism Gay/Bi Men — a welcoming community for gay and bi men in London who are neurodivergent.
This is a safe, respectful space where you can be yourself without masking or judgment. Whether you’re autistic, have ADHD, or both (diagnosed or self-identified), you’re warmly invited to join.
We recognise that being both neurodivergent and gay/bi brings a unique set of experiences — from navigating identity and relationships to feeling at home in social spaces. This group centres those shared experiences, offering a place where you don’t have to explain yourself.
Our aim is to build connection, care, and mutual support. We’ll also organise neurodivergent-friendly socials — low-pressure, accessible, and designed with comfort in mind.
Whether you’re here to make friends, share, or simply feel understood, this is a space for you.
