Preparing Britain for War

Details
As countries seek to rearm themselves, war is once again in peoples´minds. Not a remote war in some forsaken region, but a war involving their homeland. Is it the time to start thinking about allegiances and about how people will react when interacting with others that they do not see as "one of us"? And what about the "enemy within". Already certain opinion makers are talking about dangers - real or perceived. Mistrust, demonising, ostracising, harrassing, and other terms come to mind. Will the thinking about war improve or undermine social cohesion in diverse communities? How will the move towards war affect internal political, economic and social realities? We can talk about subjects and issues that we often do not think that can be linked to war.
