Communication or lack of it? Perception, assumptions based on lack of information, mythology, half truths, agendas, ideology, personal interests, beliefs, personal issues that affect emotional responses, et cetera.
The aim is to go beyond and to get to know individuals views to get a full picture of what is actually happening.
For this, we deal with the subject matter, without taking things personal.
