London Social Fitness ๐โ๐ช
I created this group because I was looking for a social fitness community in London and struggled to find exactly what I wanted โ something relaxed, welcoming and genuinely social, built around fitness, movement and meeting good people.
So instead of waiting for it to exist, I thought Iโd create it.
The idea is simple โ instead of always working out alone, we organise group sessions to:
- try different gyms and fitness classes
- go to Barryโs, Hyrox, run clubs, yoga, strength classes etc
- play sports like padel, football and more
- grab coffees, brunch or food afterwards
- meet new people in a low-pressure and natural way
Whether youโre new to London, looking to expand your social circle, or just want people to train with, this group is all about making fitness more social and building a genuine community around it.
All fitness levels welcome โ the main thing is good energy, openness and wanting to be part of something positive.
Iโve also created a WhatsApp group so people can chat more easily, organise sessions, share plans and make spontaneous meetups happen outside the app as well.
