Join us for a peaceful, relaxing pause to the tumult of life and the mind as we engage in a healing meditation in nature followed by a rejuvenating walk through historic Epping Forest.
Meditation
A rebalancing meditation to facilitate grounding and help you to relax, reset and release.
The meditation will be held on grass so if you don't want to sit directly on the ground, please make sure to bring something that you can sit on (ie. a towel, a blanket, or even a plastic bag).
Walk
We will meet outside Theydon Bois station before making our way to Epping Forest on foot (a roughly 30 minute walk). From there we will navigate our way to a suitable meditation spot. After the meditation we will commence an evenly paced wander through the historic wilderness of Epping Forest. Attendees are free to leave at anytime.
The walk is a great way to form stronger bonds with like-minded people who have similar interests.

Meeting point: 12:30pm outside Theydon Bois station.

Due to the meditative nature of this event, dogs (and other pets) and young children are not allowed to attend.
