London Women Chess Club (LWCC) is a unique and dedicated women’s chess community, creating a welcoming space for women and girls to learn, play and grow in chess.
LWCC was awarded the English Chess Federation Contribution to Women’s Chess Award (2025).
We welcome beginners, intermediate and competitive players. Social games, informal group coaching and tournament opportunities are available.
