Each event revolves around a different theme, allowing you to bond over shared experiences, personalities, perspectives, and more – all in a fun and playful way. Icebreakers based on the theme will help you get started, while lighthearted games and meaningful conversations keep the connections flowing. You’ll find your crew in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

At the start of the night, you’ll receive your own personal record for the evening, a passport, ready to travel with you as the night unfolds.
You’ll fill in some parts yourself, and add to others’ as you meet people — a playful, engaging mission that naturally unfolds through conversations.
As the evening goes on, it begins to take shape. You’ll notice where it echoes with others, where it doesn’t, and who ends up closer to you than expected. Along the way, you might even spot a near‑perfect replica — if the odds are on your side!
We’ll also have the CrewHaus Wheel 🎡 — a playful spin that introduces prompts, challenges, and conversation starters for anyone curious to explore a little more.

📍 Where: The Brass Monkey, London, Victoria, 250 Vauxhall Bridge Rd, SW1V 1AU — we’ve got the whole place to ourselves for the night!
🕰 When: 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM (it is recommend to arrive early to make the most of the experience).

Step into an evening designed to help you relax, meet new people, and have a little fun after work. This night is all about finding your crew and unwinding in a fun, welcoming environment. Whether you’re here for trivia, karaoke, or to enjoy the lively atmosphere, it’s a night for great music, laughs, and good company.
Evening Flow:
🫂 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM | Settling In & Mingling
Join us to warm up, meet new people, and get ready for the fun ahead.
🎵 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM | Team Music Trivia
Team up and take part in a fun, lighthearted music quiz. Whether you know every song or just enjoy guessing, it’s all about sharing laughs and enjoying some friendly competition together.
Let’s make sure one of our CrewHaus teams walks away with these epic prizes!
🏆 Prizes:
- 1st Place: £50 bar tab.
- 2nd Place: Free private karaoke room for up to 8 people.
- 3rd Place: Bottle of Prosecco or 4 beers.

After the trivia, the evening flows into a lively mix of music and conversation. Mingle, chat, and join the buzz of the main lounge — sing along at the open mic if you feel like it, or gather with others in our big private karaoke room that we secured for the group (for free!)

Step into a warm, playful space full of curiosity, interaction, and fun.
The Connection Game isn’t your usual meetup — it’s a facilitated, interactive experience where playful activities and prompts let you share, discover, and enjoy moments with others in ways you haven’t tried before. Expect prompts that encourage conversation, light playful activities, and fun discoveries about the people around you. You might reveal something about yourself, notice unexpected things in others, or uncover surprising commonalities.
Schedule:
- 7:30–8:30 PM – 👥 Arrival & Casual Mingling
Step in, settle in — the night is just beginning, and connections are waiting. - 8:30–10:00 PM – 🎲 The Connection Game
Share, explore, and enjoy conversations in unexpected, playful ways. Laugh, interact, and experience it fully — we won’t say much more. Come and see for yourself. - 10:00–11 PM – ✨ Chill & Vibe
After the curated part ends, keep talking, laughing, and enjoying the people around you. - 11:00 PM–2:00 AM – 💃 Late Night Hangout
If you’d like to continue the evening with us, we’ll head over to Be at One, Monument to keep the night flowing and share more fun moments together.

- Where: The Hydrant, London EC3R 8BG We’ve got our own space for the night!
We will then head over to Be at One, London EC4R 9AT where we got our own reserved area (3 min-walk from The Hydrant). - When: The event runs from 7:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Please arrive by 8:30 PM at the latest to fully experience the evening — each moment builds on the last.
