Guided Tour of Westminster School!

Come along on Wednesday 28th May for a guided tour of the historic Westminster School!

About the event
Westminster School is a public school which sits in the precincts of Westminster Abbey. It was founded by the Benedictine monks in the 11th century. Its academic results place it among the top schools nationally and half of its students go onto Oxford or Cambridge University. Its a boarding and day school for boys and girls with fees from £14,000 - £20,000 per term.

Famous former pupils include: Ben Jonson (playwright), Christopher Wren (architect), Robert Hooke (scientist), A.A Milne (author), John Gielgud, Peter Ustinov (actors) and six former Prime Ministers.

The school is a well known building in Westminster, one you have probably walked past many times. We will be having a tour during the school's holiday.

The visit should last about 1h 30mins.

Cost
The guided tour is £10 per person, payable in advance by PayPal or Bank Transfer. We are limted to 15 people.

Become a Full Member
To become a Full Member (£14 a year), either go to PayPal and send a payment to general@cultureseekers.org, send via Bank Transfer (email me for details) or pay cash on the day.

Afterwards
After we will head to the 'The Sanctuary House pub' 33 Tothill St at 3:30pm for a chat over a drink.

If you can make it, please come to the cafe afterwards, as it’s a great way to meet and get to know others after the visit.

Please note, we only wait outside the station for 10 minutes after the advertised meeting time, so please be early or on time.
