Saturday 23rd August : Arrival & meeting up with all travel companions, for a meal with local cuisine specialties and around trendy bars, enjoying the vibe of the city.

A walk around the historical city centre by Eleni 'as a local' to explore its sites and flavours, for an up to date experience.

We are visiting the brand new Modiano covered & Kapani open market, Aristotle Sq, Ladadika, patron st Demetrios cathedral & crypt, the Rotonda, the Arch of Galerius, Navarinou sq, as well as taking intervals to indulge in local flavours. Lunch in an authentic tavern, tasting numerous
'mezedes' local specialities, cause sharing is caring!

A visit and magnificent views on top of the White Tower, the major landmark of the city.

Saturday night in a vibrant open-air sea side bar-club for your summer memories!

Sunday, 24th August : Optional full day trip to a blue flag beach in Halkidiki, to swim and enjoy the crystal clear turquoise waters and the vibrant beach bars.

Alternatively you may visit the very important Archaeological and Byzantine museums, the brand new Jewish museum, chill out around the city or as you may prefer.

Thessaloniki is named after the sister of Alexander the Great! Admire ever lasting treasures, and world heritage sights.

Monday, 25th August : Be refreshed at the pirates bar boat with a cold drink and a mini cruise around Thermaikos gulf, seeing the city from a different perspective!

The upper old town and the Byzantine walls await for more stunning views.
Kindly allow some flexibility of the order we visit everything of the above itinerary for an optimal experience.
