WHO WE ARE
We are a group of fun and friendly photographers who love going on adventures in the UK and internationally.
WHAT WE DO
We hold workshops on all genres of photography and cater for all skill levels providing support both technically and creatively. We also run one-to-one sessions and private classes if you and your friends are interested in a more tailored offering.
In addition to shooting in London, our workshops include days out and weekends away in the UK and internationally.

Our aim is to help our community improve their photographic skills and explore their creative potential without breaking the bank. So whether you're just starting out, looking to learn something new or are an experienced pro, come and share our passion!

Join us for a glorious day at the amazingly beautiful Wisley Gardens. Especially beautiful in May means there is so much for a photographer to shoot at Wisley including:
- The Oudolf Landscape ‘rivers’ of foliage and flowers
- Wisteria Walk is one of Wisley’s signature plants found May
- The Orchid House is home to over 3000 orchids
- Exotic Garden tropical jungle-like atmosphere, with showy flowers and large juicy leaves of bananas, cannas, palms and much more
- The cathedral-like Glasshouse features three climatic zones to explore: tropical, moist temperate and dry temperate
- Clear Lake is a man-made lake with gently sloping sides providing the perfect habitat for Wisley's wildlife

- Any camera or smartphone
- Kit lens 24-70 / 18-55 and 70/200 can be useful if you have one
- Optional: A macro/fisheye
- Tripod not necessary

- Good walking shoes

Join us on this morning workshop to capture the wildlife including the majestic Red and Fallow deer with countless beautiful backdrops, including silver birch tree copses, lone oak trees, ferns and lakes.
We will be on the lookout for deer and other wildlife subjects including brightly coloured ring-necked parakeets and green woodpeckers.
Come and meet other wildlife photographers, improve or refresh your skills and knowledge and experience the joy of shooting deer.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
This session will consist of an introduction to the basics of wildlife photography, including:- Best camera settings & controls
- Shutter speeds to get sharp photos
- Panning
- Selective focus and aperture control for subject to pop out of the background
- Composition
EXPERIENCE LEVEL
- Beginners with a basic knowledge of using you camera
- Intermediates looking to refresh their skills
EQUIPMENT
- Any camera
- Telephoto lenses minimum 70-200mm
- 300mm or longer if you have one
- Tripods are optional
OTHER ESSENTIALS
- Check weather on the day
- Wear appropriate clothing/shoes for weather conditions and walking through the park
- It can be helpful to have something to kneel on like seat pad or a bin bag, etc.

Join us for an afternoon to shoot a gathering of creative people who love colour and dressing up. There are no rules – they believe the more colours the better.

Today we can practice our portrait and posing skills. We have tips in plenty on-hand and willing subjects!

Today we'll be looking at the work of the Italian artist Caravaggio. Caravaggio adopted chiaroscuro in his paintings in the 16th century- his work beautifully combines a realistic view of the human state- physical and emotional- with a dramatic use of lighting.
Chiaroscuro is an Italian term referencing the contrast of light (chiar) and dark (oscuro) to model three-dimensional forms. It’s a style that has quite dramatic results and one that photographers can learn a lot amount about lighting from studying.
Join us for a workshop in 2 parts:
- Informative session on the incredibly interesting life and work of Caravaggio
- Shoot chiaroscuro style
- We will also discuss street photography tips

- Any camera
- Any lens such as a standard 18-55, 24-70mm etc.
