VOLUNTEER PHOTOGRAPHERS NEEDED! - Bliss London Landmarks Half Marathon

Volunteer photographers needed!

Shoot the London Landmark Half Marathon charity race for Bliss UK a leading baby charity. Bliss is an amazing charity dedicated to raising funds for babies born too soon, too small or too sick. www.bliss.org.uk

On Sunday 01 August Bliss will have a team of 17 runners in the 2021 London Landmarks Half Marathon and we are looking for photographers who can shoot for us.

This event is open to anyone and everyone in the group who would like to participate. The route along the great London Landmarks is from Duncannon Street by the Strand to Whitehall.

You can decide what time to arrive and leave (though we hope you can stay for the duration), and you can choose any location that suits you. You can also change locations at any time.

This is a wonderful opportunity to give something back to the community and especially great that we can do so with our cameras!

The brief is simple:
Shoot as many Bliss runners as you can and send the edited jpegs to Bliss asap! Images chosen by the Bliss team will be used for promotional material and for their website and pamphlets. You will be credited for all images used. You can freeze and/or blur movement and get creative if you choose but overall provide good shots of the racers.

Due to Covid-19 we won't meet beforehand as we usually do, but ask photographers to choose where they'd like to shoot and turn up on the day. Post a comment below on your starting location so others can meet you if you like.
