Let's Meetup for all Things Literary

WELCOME to Lone Star Writers Group!

Bring 5 pages or less (double-spaced, Times New Roman 12pt font, one inch margins) of something you would like Beta Read.

We'll have four options for the meeting:

• exchange pages for silent review (our typical approach)
• read pages aloud (for those interested)
• craft discussion (if folks want to go that route)
• dedicated writing time (for those who want to reach a writing goal)

Remember a beta read is for syntax, structure, action, plot development, flat characters etc. Let's leave the grammar for the professionals.

Authors should be specific about the kind of input they want.
