Let's party ... without the hangover! This group is for those who want to meet new people and connect with others that are alcohol-free, sober-curious, or for those who just want to hang out without having the social pressure to have a cocktail. We ask that you are alcohol-free during the events (Cali sober is OK!) but you don't have to be living the sober life 24/7; just while we are out!
Outings won't revolve around discussing not drinking, but you can of course share struggles. Outings may also take place at locations where alcohol is served (mocktails anyone?!), but we ask that you do not drink alcohol at those venues.
Let's have a good time and REMEMBER IT!
WHO: This group is made up of all kinds of folks! Those who never liked alcohol, those who can't drink anymore for health reasons, those who only drink occasionally, those who are in recovery, those who are trying to drink less or quit, and those who just want to meet new people and are ok with not drinking for a night! Adults only, please. The best way to meet new friends is to attend regularly!
WHAT: We are the largest sober/sober curious group in LA/OC! We do all kinds of events! Beach outings, alcohol-free happy hours, skating, yoga, tourist attractions, trivia, music, museums and aquariums, bingo, movies and more!
WHERE: Most events are in Long Beach, but occasionally in surrounding areas.
WHEN: Events are for the most part weekly and have between 5 -40 attendees!
*Please note that since many of these events have a limited number of spots, those who no-show to 3 or more events will be removed from the group

Come celebrate with me! We made it one year! Who knew not drinking could be so popular?! I am so proud of our group and how we have grown!
From my first event on May 25th 2023, where ONE person showed up 🫣 to today, we have grown to over 890 members!
For over 45 events, we have formed friendships and relationships, explored new places and discovered new activities.
Let's go back to where we held our second-ever event (on June 1st of 2023) and have mocktails at the Wicked Wolf!
It will be a Mocktail blowout!

See all- 45 Min Morning Walk 🏃♂️🏃♀️ at the Beach ☀️🌊Bluff Park Walk, Long Beach, CA
Let's make friendships with fitness! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️This will be a walk at a good pace, but not a "speed" walk. I am shooting for about 2.5 miles in 45 minutes. This will be an in and out route so if you only want to do 30 minutes, you can just turn back around earlier. We will do get to know yous for the first 5 minutes (10 if we have a big group) and then we are off, no later than 7:05-7:10, so be sure to arrive a few minutes early.
We will walk on the sand by the water unless the tide has made the sand too soft, then it will be the path, but we will try to do water's edge first.
We will meet at the TOP of the stairs at Orizaba and Ocean.

If you haven't seen a sunset from the top of Hilltop Park, you have been missing out!!
Let's have a big friend picnic! We will meet at the park to the right of the big circle in the grass at 6:45 and do a few get-to-know-yous. Then we will hang out and get ready for the sunset show! There should be a few spots to sit and hang out while the sun drops, be sure your phone is charged for some awesome pictures. Dogs are welcome too! Bring chairs and/or blankets, and food/drink if you like!Sunset is at 7:45.
