Welcome to the Long Beach Bilingual Spanish/English Meetup Group!
I recently moved to Long Beach from Barcelona and was surprised to find that there weren't many active Spanish conversation meetups in the area. I'm still learning Spanish myself, so I thought it would be great to create a space where people can practice together in a relaxed, supportive, and judgment-free environment.
Whether you're a beginner learning your first Spanish phrases, an intermediate speaker looking to gain confidence, a native Spanish speaker wanting to practice English, or simply someone interested in cultural exchange, you're welcome to join.
The goal is simple: meet new people, practice Spanish and English through conversation, share experiences, and have fun while learning together. No pressure, no formal classes—just friendly conversations and a chance to connect with others in the Long Beach community.
