• 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: The Strategy. We’ll dive into the 2026 market, down payment reality checks, and how to get mortgage-ready.
• 7:30 PM+: Stick around for Q&A. We’ll stay until the last question is answered (or the wine runs out).
