• 6:30PM – 7 PM: The "Pre-Game." Arrive early to grab a glass of wine, hit the cheese board, and decompress from the workday.
• 7 PM – 8 PM: The Strategy. We’ll dive into the 2026 market, down payment reality checks, and how to get mortgage-ready.
• 8 PM : Stick around for Q&A. We’ll stay until the last question is answered (or the wine runs out).
