We are taking biohacking outdoors for a special VOโ Max Challenge โ a field run designed for athletes and longevity seekers alike.
If you have done it with us before, you can track how your VO2Max changes week by week - it should improve with regularly training.
Weโll be doing the Cooper Test โ a classic, lab-validated method to estimate your VOโ Max using just a stopwatch.

VOโ Max is one of the strongest predictors of all-cause mortality and overall healthspan. Tracking it regularly gives you direct insight into your cardiorespiratory fitness โ a cornerstone of long-term vitality.
