🥨 What to Expect
- 10:30 AM: We'll gather at the iconic Bavaria statue for a meet-and-greet and a fantastic group photo in our traditional outfits (Tracht).
- Our Plan: The goal is to head to the Oide Wiesn (Old Oktoberfest), a charming, more traditional section of the festival with a relaxed atmosphere. The entry fee is typically €4 and is well worth it for the more manageable crowds.
- Flexibility is Key: If we spot a great, large-enough space in an outdoor beer garden on our way, we’ll take it! Our priority is finding a place to sit together, talk, and enjoy the day.
- The Vibe: Expect relaxed networking, great conversations, and a supportive atmosphere where enjoying an alcohol-free beer is completely normal.

- Outfits: Wearing Tracht (Dirndl or Lederhosen) is highly encouraged to get into the festive spirit, but it's not required!
- Good to Know: Yes, every single tent and beer garden on the Wiesn serves excellent alcohol-free beer!

TERMS
EN These terms and conditions govern participation in the "Mehr Gaudi, null Kater - The Wiesn Meetup" (hereinafter "event") organized by Longevity Munich UG (hereinafter "Organizer"). By registering for and participating in the event, the participant agrees to these terms.
DE Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln die Teilnahme am "Mehr Gaudi, null Kater - The Wiesn Meetup" (nachfolgend "Event"), veranstaltet von der Longevity Munich UG (nachfolgend "Veranstalter"). Mit der Anmeldung und Teilnahme am Event erklärt sich die teilnehmende Person mit diesen Bedingungen einverstanden.

1. Participant's Responsibility & Health │ Eigenverantwortung & Gesundheit
EN The participant declares that they are participating in the event entirely at their own risk. They acknowledge that the event involves inherent risks associated with outdoor running which cannot be fully eliminated. The participant confirms that they are in good health and have the physical fitness required for participation. They are solely responsible for assessing their own fitness and capabilities, and for consulting a physician if in any doubt. The Organizer does not conduct health checks. Participants must follow German traffic regulations (StVO) and the instructions of the Organizer and their crew at all times.
DE Die teilnehmende Person erklärt, dass sie auf eigenes Risiko und eigene Gefahr am Event teilnimmt und erkennt an, dass das Event inhärente Risiken eines Laufs im Freien birgt, die nicht vollständig eliminiert werden können. Sie bestätigt, bei guter Gesundheit und in der für die Teilnahme erforderlichen körperlichen Verfassung zu sein. Die Einschätzung der eigenen Leistungsfähigkeit sowie die Konsultation eines Arztes bei Unsicherheiten obliegen allein der teilnehmenden Person. Der Veranstalter führt keine Gesundheitsprüfungen durch. Den deutschen Verkehrsregeln (StVO) sowie den Anweisungen des Veranstalters und seiner Helfenden ist jederzeit Folge zu leisten.

2. Liability of the Organizer │ Haftung des Veranstalters
EN 2.1. Limitation of Liability. The Organizer's liability, including that of their legal representatives and assistants, is limited to damages caused by intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit).
2.2. Simple Negligence. In cases of simple negligence (einfache Fahrlässigkeit), the Organizer is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (wesentliche Vertragspflichten). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
2.3. Non-waivable Liability. The aforementioned liability limitations do not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, where the Organizer's liability remains unlimited by law.
2.4. Property Loss. The Organizer accepts no liability for lost or damaged personal belongings, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
DE 2.1. Haftungsbeschränkung. Die Haftung des Veranstalters, seiner gesetzlichen Vertreter und Erfüllungsgehilfen ist auf Schäden beschränkt, die auf Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit beruhen.
2.2. Einfache Fahrlässigkeit. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haftet der Veranstalter nur bei der Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten. Die Haftung ist in diesen Fällen auf den vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden begrenzt.
2.3. Unabdingbare Haftung. Die vorstehenden Haftungsbeschränkungen gelten nicht für Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit. Hier bleibt die gesetzliche Haftung unberührt.
2.4. Sachschäden. Für abhanden gekommene oder beschädigte persönliche Gegenstände wird – außer bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit – keine Haftung übernommen.

3. Insurance │ Versicherung
EN By participating, the participant confirms that they have sufficient private liability and accident insurance coverage for taking part in a social event. The responsibility to be adequately insured lies solely with the participant.
DE Mit der Teilnahme bestätigt die teilnehmende Person, über einen ausreichenden privaten Haftpflicht- und Unfallversicherungsschutz für die Teilnahme an einem gemeinschaftlichen Event zu verfügen. Die Verantwortung für eine angemessene Versicherung liegt ausschließlich bei der teilnehmenden Person.

4. Event Modification & Cancellation │ Eventänderung & Absage
EN The Organizer reserves the right to modify the route or schedule, postpone, or cancel the event at any time due to safety concerns, official orders, extreme weather conditions (force majeure), or insufficient participation. In the event of such a cancellation, participants have no right to a refund of any fees or compensation for other costs incurred (e.g., travel).
DE Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, die Strecke oder den Zeitplan zu ändern, das Event zu verschieben oder abzusagen, falls Sicherheitsbedenken, behördliche Anordnungen, höhere Gewalt (z.B. extreme Wetterbedingungen) oder eine unzureichende Teilnehmerzahl dies erfordern. Im Falle einer solchen Absage besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung von Gebühren oder den Ersatz sonstiger Kosten (z.B. Anreise).

5. Media Capture & Use │ Foto-/Videoaufnahmen & Nutzung
EN 5.1. General Consent. The participant acknowledges that this is a public event where photographic and video recordings will be made for community and promotional purposes.
5.2. Purpose & Use. The material may be used indefinitely for non-commercial community purposes, including but not limited to: social media, website, newsletters, blogs, and promotion of future events.
5.3. Opt-Out and Withdrawal. A participant can object to their image being used at any time.
- During the Event: Inform the Organizer or crew.
- After the Event: Send a request for removal to support@longevitymunich.org. We will remove or anonymize the relevant media from platforms under our control without undue delay.
DE 5.1. Grundsätzliches Einverständnis. Die teilnehmende Person nimmt zur Kenntnis, dass es sich um ein öffentliches Event handelt, bei dem Foto- und Videoaufnahmen für Community- und Werbezwecke erstellt werden.
5.2. Zweck & Nutzung. Das Material darf unbegrenzt für nicht-kommerzielle Community-Zwecke genutzt werden, u.a. für: Social Media, Website, Newsletter, Blogs und die Bewerbung zukünftiger Events.
5.3. Widerspruch und Widerruf. Der Verwendung eigener Bilder kann jederzeit widersprochen werden.
- Während des Events: Mitteilung an den Veranstalter oder die Crew.
- Nach dem Event: Widerruf per E-Mail an support@longevitymunich.org. Wir werden das betreffende Material auf den von uns kontrollierten Plattformen unverzüglich entfernen oder anonymisieren.

6. Personal Data Processing │ Datenverarbeitung
EN The Organizer processes personal data for the purpose of event organization and communication in accordance with the GDPR. For full details on data processing and your rights (access, erasure, etc.), please see our privacy policy at [Link to your Privacy Policy Website Page].

7. Minors │ Minderjährige
EN Participation is permitted for minors only with the written consent of a legal guardian. The legal guardian accepts these terms on behalf of the minor and is responsible for their supervision throughout the event.
DE Die Teilnahme Minderjähriger ist nur mit schriftlicher Einwilligung eines Erziehungsberechtigten gestattet. Der Erziehungsberechtigte erkennt diese Bedingungen im Namen des Minderjährigen an und ist für dessen Beaufsichtigung während des gesamten Events verantwortlich.

8. Governing Law & Severability Clause │ Anwendbares Recht & Salvatorische Klausel
EN These terms are governed by German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction, if legally permissible, is Munich. Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
DE Es gilt deutsches Recht. Ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand ist, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, München. Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser Bedingungen unwirksam sein oder werden, so wird die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen davon nicht berührt (Salvatorische Klausel).
