Description: Join us for a full‑day of Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) experience in Sai Kung, combining a structured beginner course with a scenic paddle to Yim Tin Tsai Island. This activity is designed for those who know how to swim and are interested in learning how to SUP.
What is SUP? SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboarding) is a water sport where you stand on a wide, stable board and use a paddle to move across the water. It’s easy to learn, low‑impact, and a great way to improve balance, coordination, and core strength. Depending on your comfort level, you can paddle lying down, kneeling, or standing—making it accessible while still offering a fun challenge and a unique way to explore the waters around Sai Kung.
Instructor: April will be teaching this beginner SUP course. She brings strong experience working with beginner paddlers and is an ISA‑certified SUP instructor. Actively involved in the SUP community since 2019, April has competed as a Hong Kong Canoe Club Association (HKCCA) team athlete in 2022 and 2023, and represented Hong Kong at the ISA World Championships in Copenhagen in 2024. We’re excited to have her join us and are confident she’ll offer a supportive, fun, and well‑structured introduction to stand‑up paddleboarding.
