6:30 PM - 7:45 PMDating has the potential to be joyful and energizing, but it can also bring up anxiety, self-doubt, and uncertainty. If you find yourself overanalyzing text messages, fearing rejection, or wondering whether you are saying or doing the right thing, you are not alone.
In this class you will learn practical ways to feel more calm, grounded, and authentic while dating.
This class is taught by relationship coach Helaine Reiner and is offered through Longmont Parks and Rec.
