Red Mountain Open Space Hike

Join us for a hike at Red Mountain Open Space (799 Red Canyon Rd, Wellington, CO 80549) in Northern Colorado, followed by a stop at the Howling Cow Cafe (5821 W County Rd 54E, Bellvue, CO 80512) at Morning Fresh Dairy Farm. Menu: https://howlingcowcafe.com/

How to prepare: Bring essentials to meet your needs that may include a comfortable pair of shoes, clothing for appropriate weather, water, hat and sunglasses. Vault toilets available at trailhead. Dogs are not allowed at this open space area.

Meet Up: A carpool is planned from the Rogers Grove parking lot off of Hover St in Longmont. If you are participating in the carpool, please be at the parking lot by 7:20 AM for a departure at 7:30 AM. Red Mountain is a relatively long drive from Longmont so we will be leaving on time to avoid delays.
