Boulder Reservoir "Beach" Walk Followed by Avery Brewing (Pretzels!)

Details

TYPE: Weekly walk | PACE: Moderate | TERRAIN: paved and gravel trail | DISTANCE: 3.5 miles |

This walk meet is the squeakquel of one of my favorite walks: Boulder Reservoir! We will follow the trail along the northside of Boulder Reservoir trail with a focus on walking by the lake itself and spending some time on the "beach". We will walk along the shore on the northside then come back on the trail to the trail head on Coot Lake. This will be about 4 miles and has some elevation gain.

Afterwards we can head to Avery Brewing, to enjoy some pretzels and what I consider the second best brewery in Colorado. Left Hand forever!

A walk is another way to connect with nature and other community members. All ages and fitness levels are encouraged. Bilingual (Spanish) is welcomed. Well behaved pets are allowed on a hand-held leash.

Walking Movement Leader:
Jorge Garza. I walk and I squawk

How to prepare: Bring your essentials to your needs that may include a comfortable pair of shoes, cleats, clothing for appropriate weather, water, hat, sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses. Parking is available in the parking lot or street parking.
