Festive Full Moon Walk

TYPE: City Walk | PACE: Moderate | TERRAIN: paved | DISTANCE: 1.20 miles | Festive Full Moon Walk at Longmont's Roosevelt Park.

Have you ever driven by Roosevelt Park with awe of the colorful lit trees and pondered stopping take in the beauty? Join us on Friday, 5 Dec, for a festive stroll in Longmont's Roosevelt Park under the beams of the full moon. Finish your weekend off with a friendly promenade around the park and a quick jaunt down Main St. to enjoy Longmont's holiday lights. Wear your festive holiday best! Well behaved dogs on non-retractable leash are welcome.

How to prepare: Bring essentials to meet your needs that may include a comfortable pair of shoes, clothing for appropriate weather, and a tumbler with a hot beverage. Parking is available in the parking lot next to the Memorial Building off of Longs Peak Avenue.

Meet up in front of the City of Longmont St. Vrain Memorial Building on Longs Peak Avenue (next to the big cottonwood with large white bulbs): entrance off Longs Peak Avenue, at the corner of Coffman St. We will depart no later than 5:05 pm.
