Easy Recipe - Healthy Pina Colada
Ingredients:
2 cups diced fresh pineapple
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup water
3–4 pitted dates
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice, to taste

Instructions:
In a blender, combine the pineapple, coconut milk, water, dates, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and well combined. Add ice to taste and blend again until the mixture is creamy and frothy. Serve immediately and enjoy your naturally sweet, non-alcoholic piña colada made with dates. |
