Loose Ends on the Weekends?

This started out as a "Saturday night" activity group, and later, I expanded it to include the entire, standard weekend. Now, in the "post-pandemic" world, meetup events may now include Thursdays - Mondays. Weekends are really busy and the crowds can be fierce. I find that there are so many more options if I include more days to offer events and maybe the crowds won't be so "crowded".

*Please note that all ages are welcome, but most active members are 50 plus years old.* While this is a fairly informal group, DO NOT join just to join another Meetup group. I put in a lot of thought and effort to organize events and I appreciate members who make the effort to show up.

So maybe you want to go out over the weekend, but you have no plans, or you broke up with your significant other a few weeks ago and need to get out and join the living, or you want to do something but just keep it low key, or whatever. These events will keep it simple - dinner at a casual restaurant, coffee at a neighborhood coffeehouse, a glass of wine, maybe a movie or a walk around a park or neighborhood, but certainly a chance to meet and converse with a small group of people who, on "weekends", want to get out and socialize in a friendly, casual setting.
