Energetic hygiene (EH) is the foundation of all the work we do here at The Harmony Centre.

It Is a set of Basic, every day, grounded alchemical tools that will help you experience more clarity so that you may better hear the voice of your heart and therfore take action upon that which makes your heart truly sing.

EH helps us clear away what no longer serves us, develop more self awareness, keep us grounded and set loving boundaries so that unwanted external sources can no longer influence us and stop is from being the clearest and best version of ourself.

Id like to welcome those men out there who are genuinely interested in personal spiritual development and becoming a better man to my weekly mens online class. A safe place to take off the masks and rediscover your authenticity.

As I continue to grow and refine myself as a man and undergo my own healing journey I have become increasingly aware of the struggle so many men out there have in understanding what being a man in this day and age actually looks like. The time of being as hard as a rock with zero emotional intelligence or connection with our feeling nature has long gone yet its also not about becoming so effeminate that we have lost touch with and deny our more masculine attributes.

So where is the balance with all this and what does being the best man you can be look like for you? We are all unique with our own backgrounds and journeys so its going to look different for each individual yet there will be some overlaps if we are all aligned to bettering the world through expressing a new holistic type of manhood.

Id love to meet you and see you at one of our weekly classes when men from different parts of the world can come together and explore all things masculinity and transformation.
