People have presented all situations and circumstances with the goal of improving their own sexuality and their relationship sexualities. And we create the path to success for all situations. There are real resources and real sources of helpful information available to support you on your journey.

Welcome to 30 minutes of Sex Therapist, Ly-Lan Lofgren, LCSW, answering your sex and sexuality related questions.

Ly-Lan has over 20 years of experience as a Sex Therapist working with individuals, couples, and classes as a sex therapist, will discuss your topics and answer your questions.

This session is not therapy, no assessment or treatment planning will take place. Ly-Lan does not agree to provide therapuetic services by offering this group. Please contact Ly-Lan with your return-call information only, not personal history.

If you are interested in a private therapy or coaching session, please first schedule an intake, as you would with any service provider (for example, physical therapist, medical doctor, personal trainer). After making an agreed upon scheduled call, 15 minute free call, or a full consultation session, where Ly-Lan will talk with you, live, about your questions, concerns and goals.
