Temescal Canyon Hike

Details
Do NOT meet at Gelsons market! Just park on Sunset, Temescal Canyon, or some residential sidestreets. Just watch out for signage.
This will be approximately a 4 mile hike (from Sunset Blvd to Sunset Blvd). about 850 feet or considered maybe a level 3-4 (?) hike.
This is a moderately difficult hike. Although I will say that even though challenging, people who are complete beginners still found it very enjoyable, yet challenging.
We will take the Sunset trail that basically goes from the road up to the main trail.
This will be the main Temescal Ridge and canyon loop starting from the canyon side and then going down the ridge side.
Also, that knee issue I had last time, has completely gone away. Yay! As hikers, its good to do some daily knee stretches/exercises. Just a short time on the stationary bike/elliptical, etc. is good to keep your knees in full motion.
Bring water, snacks, good shoes, and just in case . . . . a headlamp if you have one, although you most likely will not need it.
