Beginner Plus, Moderate Hike and Juice Plus

By request we will be doing another Juice Plus introduction prior to the hike. The first 10 minutes we will talk about healthy fruits and veggies that come in a capsule - Juice Plus - and after the hike give everyone some energy complete protein drinks (free)

The health of our hearts (and whole body) as hikers is an important factor. I personally have witnessed 2 people have heart attacks while hiking in Griffith Park.

We will walk around behind the LA Zoo and see some interesting sights.

Hike level - 4 out of 10. Must have a little hiking experience. All are welcome who are higher level hikers. This is a feel good easier hike to get out in nature and enjoy life.

Bring water, and good hiking shoes.

(Some uphill climbing - not all easy... not for total Beginners.)

We will meet at Parking Lot #2 near the Merry Go Round. See link to map and picture below.

The steps where we meet are at the northern end of parking lot #2.

From the Ranger Station turn west or uphill toward the Merry Go Round. (notice the signs).... drive through parking lot #1 and reach lot #2....go all the way to the far end by the steps.
