Malaga Hills to Flat Rock tide pools, 5 mile loop, lots of ocean views

A NEW ROUTE WHICH I HAVE NOT LED BEFORE:

HIKE FEATURES:

PART PAVED TRAIL
PART SINGLE-TRACK DIRT TRAIL
DESCENT DOWN TO TIDE POOLS WITH HELP OF A ROPE
VIEWS OF THE OCEAN THE ENTIRE ROUTE

ELEVATION GAIN: 200 feet, then drop of 600 feet to the ocean, then gain of 400 feet to starting spot

DIFFICULTY: medium
