THIS IS HIKING AND ROCK SCRAMBLING
we will climb down 6 waterfalls. One requires use of a rope, but you can bypass it

THIS IS NOT THE USUAL DEVIL'S PUNCHBOWL HIKE (the 1-mile loop everyone else does....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz or the Devil's Chair)
Difficulty: MODERATE, but nothing too crazy. Several 200 foot gains in elevation. YOU WILL USE YOUR ARMS AND LEGS TODAY! THIS IS WHAT I CALL "MONKEYING AROUND". IT IS ALSO CALLED ROCK SCRAMBLING.
DISTANCE: only 5 miles or so, because climbing up and around rocks is SLOW!
