Vasquez Rocks, Caves And Fun Rocks--lots of monkey business...and Pizza

We will hit some of the usual fun rock climbing spots. All are suitable for those with a moderate level of hiking experience, no ropes needed.
Mostly on a trail except a 1/4 mile climbing amid brush.

PROBABLE HIGHLIGHTS: the Famous Rocks for our lunch stop, the fake pictographs, the Hogbacks, the tunnel cave, the Big Cave and the Cliffs by the Freeway (300 foot elevation gain here; cool rocks and a cave at the top!)

WHERE TO PARK: ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE FAMOUS ROCKS (which Google maps calls the "Star Trek Historic Site")

WE WILL CLIMB THESE ROCKS FIRST, have lunch, then start out on our adventure
