Noon to 1:45: TO FLAT ROCK POINT CLIFFS, WALK DOWN TO BEACH AND TIDE POOLS. CLIMB OVER ROCKS TO GET TO THE TIDE POOLS. EAT LUNCH. THEN CLIMB UP CLIFF USING ROPE
