Hike 5 miles into the backcountry of the north Santa Susana Mountains. Hike is moderately difficult. Trail is a lollipop route, with 1200 feet of elevation gain. Parking is $5, or if you park outside the park gates, parking is free. Parking for free adds a half mile to the hike, each way.
