CLIMB UP A HILL, A STEEP TIRING 700 FEET ELEVATION GAIN, THEN STOP AND PLAY AT CASTLE PEAK, A KING'S CROWN OF ROCKS (this is hiking AND rock "scrambling"--use of hands is required),
THEN WE CLIMB DOWN A SLIPPERY TRAIL TO THE CAVE OF MUNITS, A 100 FOOT TALL CHIMNEY CAVE.
THEN, AT 1:45PM, INDIAN BUFFET: COSTS $15 WITH TAX, TIP IS EXTRA.

PLEASE READ THIS:
WARNING: DO NOT GO ON THIS HIKE. You will probably not like it.
DIFFICULTY: DIFFICULT AT TIMES. 3 miles and 3 hours.
This is an adventure hike; there is the risk of poison oak, ticks and scratchy brush and getting poked by yucca and wild oats getting stuck in your socks and shoes.
We will be walking on narrow single track trails and slippery slopes. THERE IS NO SHADE! The scenery makes this all worth it.

Bring hand sanitizer as there is a little rat-poop in one spot, but it is avoidable.

DOGS: dogs are permitted as long as the owner is on leash. But I recommend no dogs, please, even if on leash. You will have to carry your dog down through the "circular staircase" of the cave, and Rover will not be pleased.

Bring an umbrellla if heat-sensitive, clothing (sorry, nude hikes are a different Meetup group), lots of water--at least 3 bottles, a hat, comfy shoes, snacks, all your troubles...
