Join the historic 9 mile walk from Plaza Park 428 Mission Drive, San Gabriel to El Pueblo Historic Monument (Olvera Street LA).
Descendents of Los Pobladores will gather at Union Station at 9:30 a.m. and walk into El Pueblo Historic Monument to celebrate the 230th anniversary of Los Pobladores arrival in Los Angeles. El Pueblo Historical Monument (Olvera Street) offers restrooms, museums, restaurants, shops, and family entertainment. Event sponsored transportation will not be provided for your return trip to San Gabriel. MTA bus tokens will be available at the registration area in Plaza Park. Walkers MUST walk on the sidewalk and follow all traffic laws that apply to pedestrians. You must arrange return transportation to San Gabriel or use the MTA token provided at registration.

Directions & Parking in San Gabriel
From the 10 San Bernardino Freeway
Exit New Avenue, go north 1.25 miles staying in the right lane (New Avenue becomes Ramona). Follow signs to the Mission District. Plaza Park is next to the San Gabriel Mission.
From the 210 Freeway
Exit San Gabriel Blvd, go south. Turn right on Las Tunas Dr & left on Mission Drive. Plaza Park is next to the San Gabriel Mission. Parking In addition to available on-street parking, Public Parking is available at the San Gabriel Mission Playhouse and San Gabriel City Hall.
