PARKING: ON RESEDA BLVD. If downhill from the video stop sign, it is free. You must pay a few bucks to park uphill from the video-enforced stop sign. If you fail to stop at the notorious stop sign, you will get a nicely worded $200 ticket in the mail, which some say is unenforceable, but don't take my word for it...
