4.25 miles walk in Cheviot Hills, Century City, and adjacent areas

Meet at 5:30, leave by 5:35. We will walk for around 4.25 miles, a little over 1 hour 15 minutes. This is an extended version of my previous walks from this location. Adds about a mile.

The pace will be a moderate stroll, please no rabbits or slow pokes or whiners. This is for people that want to walk after work. We will obey traffic laws, so people can regroup at stop lights. I will wait very briefly before major turn's, but it's up to the walker to stay with or within eyesight of me. I'm am planning on walking part of the way on Pico and then smaller side streets.

We will be primarily walking on sidewalks along major streets with heavy traffic (loud) and side streets with less traffic and street lights. The sidewalks are not in good condition (worse after the rains) and we are walking at night, in the dark. Use your own judgement and be aware of the risks of walking in LA. I recommend a small red light to see the sidewalk, cracks and potholes and to avoid tripping and falling. I am not responsible for any accidents, injuries or if anyone gets lost or separated from the group.

The primary path has at least one short hill going up. The rest is mostly flat.
