Perfect Weather Hike in Griffith Park! ☀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏼‍♂️🙋🏽‍♂️🎉

Come join the Perfect Weather Hike in Griffith Park every Saturday (location or route varies). Take your time on this friendly social hike with optional bite to eat afterwards - this time at the Los Feliz Cafe. We’ll have views of the Pacific Ocean, Griffith Observatory, downtown LA and Angeles.

Trail Is a roughly a 2.5 hour, 4.5 mile, 14,000 step loop on mostly fire roads. starting at Cadman Trail heading up to 5-points, optional Beacon Hill, the helicopter pad, optional Glendale Peak, fitr road past the Cedar grove and through the residential neighborhood past Walt Disney’s house.

Steady incline approx 700ft elevation gain in the first hour - challenging for beginners but worth it! Go at your own pace. We’ll gather at each split in the trail to make sure all are accounted for.

Optional plank challenge at the helipad. Hold a straight line from your head to your toes on your forearms or hands for a minute or two if you can!

Optional bite to eat at the Los Feliz Cafe afterwards. 3207 Los Feliz Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90039 just over the river.

Dog friendly 🐕. Just remember there are coyotes in the park.

This is a residential neighborhood.
There is NO restroom on this hike. The nearest is at the Griffith park Southern Railway by the Griffith Park Cafe on Crystal Springs Drive. If you arrive early, It’s a 15 minute roundtrip walk to the restroom.

Hike will be cancelled in the event of rain and soggy trails or severe heat advisories.
