Burkhart Trail Maintenance

This is a great opportunity to combine your love of the outdoors with the gratification of making a significant contribution to the environment.

We will be giving this trail some much needed TLC. Main focus will be to clear trees blocking the trail. Hike will be up to 2 miles round trip with a few hundred feet of gain from the Buckhorn Trailhead. There are also opportunities to do tread work and brush clearing closer to the trailhead.

Pants & long-sleeved shirt, good boots/hiking shoes are required. Hard hat, gloves and safety glasses can be provided. Please be sure to bring plenty of water and your lunch.
