New! Chatsworth Oaks to Santa Susana

I have not led this one before!
3-4 miles, moderate difficulty level, Elevation gain 470 feet twice, and 250 feet once.
Part of this hike is on 21 acres I bought in 2025 which I intend to donate to the Santa Susana pass state park in memory of my parents.
We might see a waterfall but it depends on this week's storms
There will be lots of OPTIONAL rock scrambling.
Guitar hike is likely!
Bring all the usual stuff. I am not your mom, but I could be your dad...i got around when I was younger.
