Walk in Beverly Hills to Art Show 3 Miles Approx

We will leave by 10:05, so aim to arrive by 10. Walk is about 3 miles and flat.
The preferred age for my walks in 45+ (flexible for larger groups) and the pace is advanced beginner. This is NOT a training walk, but I do not stop, expect for restroom breaks (this is a restroom walk), so attendees need to be able to keep up with the group. I am the group, if people want to go too far ahead of me or lag to far behind, they are not part of the group. It’s your responsibility to be with the myself and the main group and pay attention. At times I will wait for people to catch up, but if someone is too far behind, I assume they are not with the group, the same with people that are to far ahead.
I know where we are going and the route can chance.
You can use 9105 Carmelita Ave 90210 as a location for your GPS map, we will meet across the street, by the park, either by the fountain by the bench.
There is going to be an Art Show in Beverly Hills. We can meet, walk for about an hour and then people can stay at the Art Show as long as they want. The walk will officially end at the art show, it will be too difficult to expect people to stay together as a group. You can walk back to our starting location with me or walk back by yourself along Santa Monica Blvd. I am assuming people will doing their own thing.

Option to have coffee before or after, there is a coffee/ breakfast shop (Bravo Toast) across the street on Doheny, or someplace else in Beverly Hills, there are plenty of options,
• Meeting location is Garden Park, Off West of Doheny just north of Santa Monica Blvd. NOT MEETING ON SANTA MONICA BLVD but on Carmelita at the small park, I added a photo.
