Hybrid Hike-Mt Washington to Peanut Lake

Please join us as we go from Mt Washington to Peanut Lake in Deb’s Park and back!
Most of the hike is on flat city streets. There will be dirt trails to Peanut Lake. The challenging parts at the climb to Peanut Lake & the Elred Stairs.
We will do two staircases in Montecito Heights. Then climbs on dirt trails to Peanut Lake in Deb’s Park. Then head to a long staircase in Highland Park, followed by the steep Elred street and the 198 step staircase!
LENGTH: appx 5 miles, 2 hours.
MEETUP SPOT: *Southwest Museum of the American Indian ** Los Angeles, CA. You may have to Google directions manually as the Meetup link might not work properly.
**MEETUP TIME: **6:00 pm sharp. We have quick introductions and leave promptly at 6:05. We finish around 8:00 pm.
PARKING: FREE Street parking along Museum Dr and Marmion Way.

By joining this event each member accepts full responsibility for knowing their limits, for all injuries, health issues, material losses, assessing all risks and for getting lost. Each member shall make their guests aware of these policies and releases the host from all liability.
