The Grotto: 3 miles, ROCK SCRAMBLING, waterfalls

HIKE AND CLIMB DOWN THE WATERFALLS AT THE GROTTO AT CIRCLE X RANCH! Once we reach the Grotto (you can stay there and play or go further down the canyon with me)
The Grotto is a WATERFALL, ABOUT 20 FEET TALL, LOCATED IN A ROOM UNDER A GIANT BOULDER
EXPECT LOTS OF BOULDERING!!!! AND BEAUTIFUL SCENERY

THERE ARE THREE LEVELS OF PARKING AT THE CIRCLE X RANCH RANGER BUILDING. HIKE STARTS AT LOWEST LEVEL.
--There is a civilized restroom at the top level.

ELEVATION LOSS AND GAIN: We will descend 400 feet to the grotto in around 1.5 miles. hike totals 3 miles

--limited to 50 persons maximum, and 12 cars, according to park service rules.
