Adventure to Santa María Cave, Woodland Hills

4 miles, 300' gain, easy to moderate

We will start at 21341 Mulholland Dr., there is plenty of street parking on the cross street of Canoga.

Then we will carpool for about a mile to Santa Maria Road. As we walk along this road, there are ranches with chickens 🐓, goats 🐐, sheep 🐑, horses 🐴, donkeys 🫏, and a cow 🐮.

We will climb to a cave that opens up to a rock shelf with beautiful views. And, no, this is not the Vanalden cave, this is one you have never seen!
Don’t worry if you are claustrophobic, the cave is more like an overhang!
