3Ts - Timber Mountain, Telegraph Peak, and Thunder Mountain

Details

This is a strenuous, out-and-back, 16-mile hike with a cumulative elevation gain of more than 4,000 feet and the 3Ts are over 8,000 feet: Timber Mtn. (8303'), Telegraph Peak (8,985'), and Thunder Mtn. (8587'). The plan is to keep a steady hiking pace and the first rest point will be at the saddle, 3.5-miles from the parking lot. There will be standing rest stops between rest points but you must be able to keep the pace between points to attend this hike. The 3Ts speed record will not be broken and there will be time to snap pictures, enjoy the views, and snack but the pace will be steady from start-to-finish. The route details below provide the milestones.

This is a small group if you RSVP "Yes" make sure you can attend.
