This one's for the girls ...

Beginner conditioning Hike, Novice Hikers are welcome too, This a Ladies group, guys are welcome, Under 2 hours, Under 5 miles. This a beginner hike during the week for conditioning and it is sort of a spin off from the 'Mighty Hike leader ... Rex'. This easy environment is great to begin learning about Hiking; it has Inclines, fire roads, trails, wildlife, Park Rangers and even a Joey ... this hike has it all ... best of all its in the City and in an controlled environment so " ITS SAFE !"

Come on out with Mrs. Deeds and a few of my favorite Hiking sisters, on this slower paced beginner "social hike", that is geared mostly for ladies and folks who would like to learn to hike or work on a injury or work off some extra pounds. If you want some exercise come on out. if you want to get a little exercise and site seeing all in one come on out. This is Not a High Impact Training event but this hike is focused on conditioning and rehab.

The destination and the "amount of stops" are at the discretion of the Hike leader totally. However, The the main objective of this hike Rehab, to Learn Hiking, Ladies group ... Guys are welcome too ... but if you get weird or creepy ... "the CAGE will Be OPEN ON THE SPOT, FOR REAL !" All are welcome to this family/friendly environment Dogs, brats and crybabies are welcome, yet if you're a know it all, speed demon or minion ? .... Not today, not this hike. " In Deeds we trust !

Wear hiking shoes, trail runners or Running shoes, 2 pairs of socks, bring a good attitude, common sense and your best behavior. Also bring water, sunscreen, a flashlight, camera, and some snacks,

    Get there early so you can find parking along the street, It might be an issue ... but the farther you park away the more exercise OH YEAH !

    This is a slower paced beginner and novice "social hike" based on meeting the designated goal: for the ladies, to Learn, re-conditioning and rehab. and this is not on a timed schedule yet, the time will be kept in strong consideration for I will not go over the maximum time posted. "NOTE", the suggested time to arrive is 3:50 PM at the assigned location for this event also, The Pace, destination and the "amount of stops" are at the discretion of the Hike leader also ... so if you're a speed demon ... please don't start whining !!!!
