See all- VR Double Feature: BANJAX & UNDERDOGSNeeds location
VR Play Testers is another meetup group, which I established to enable VR game makers to unleash their projects on the public in person and get invaluable feedback. Each month, one game in development is presented alongside a released game for guaranteed immersive fun.
UNDERDOGS
Get ready for some serious mayhem to start the year off right. Wrap yourself in 5 tons of metal and go smashing through a dark scene of underground mech fights! Get a sneak peek at UNDERDOGS:

Become a master of the Banjax, a magical flying disc that appears in your hand whenever needed -- send it whizzing through the air to meet its target. Once, a dark wizard called Laccario Aurantius wove a fiendish spell to mesmerize and enslave all who came into contact with it. Travel the many worlds, and shatter artifacts of that curse with your Banjax. Befriend a creature named Ruellia, and fly on her back to other worlds where your skills of shattering will be put to the test. The fourth level is under construction, about 75% complete. It takes place in a beautiful crimson rock canyon. Your flying disc can now soak up the fiery energy of the Umlilo Tree to become explosive, giving the player a whole new set of abilities and challenges. Check out this video of the environment being created.
7PM Wednesday, January 8th come on out for a VR double feature!
The AudioGraph Beer Company, is a fabulous microbrewery in downtown LA. Formerly called HiDef Brewing, they name many of their beers after audio engineering terms, like Ambient, Fuzzbox or I'm With The Band. They make some wonderful and unique beers--check out their current offerings: www.audiographbeer.com
There's FREE parking at the back of the building (an alley called Margo St) --behind either AudioGraph or their neighbor S.D. Herman Co (closed in the evening). Here's a map link to get you there: https://maps.app.goo.gl/1CmsmhpccNTbToB79
Additional parking is just across the street on 12th St.
AudioGraph does not offer food of its own, but you can bring in whatever you like. BYO pizza! They also have a barcode to order delivery from a restaurant just across the street.
Let's play and talk about this brilliant new medium that is Virtual Reality!
Can't wait to see you there!
