Dungeon Crawling in DTLA! VR Double Feature

Details
Monday, April 28th, 7 - 9:30pm at AudioGraph Beer Company in DTLA we present another VR Double Feature: PIXEL DUNGEON and BANJAX
PIXEL DUNGEON
Three players will team up to vanquish assorted monsters as together they explore a procedurally generated dungeon. The game features a decidedly retro aesthetic, the world and all its inhabitants being made of voxels. ...Find keys! Open chests! Gather treasure! Add new weapons to your inventory! Share power-ups with your buddies, so you all make it out alive!

BANJAX
Resident VR game-in-development! Become a master of the Banjax, a magical flying disc that you'll send whizzing through the air to meet its target. Once, a dark wizard wove a fiendish spell to mesmerize and enslave all who came into contact with it. Travel the many worlds, and shatter artifacts of that curse with your Banjax. Befriend a creature named Ruellia, and fly on her back to other worlds where your skills of shattering will be put to the test.
ARE YOU A VR GAME DEVELOPER?
Banjax has been in development for about three years, by David Barlia (that's me!) The feedback I've garnered from playtesting at these events has been invaluable in making a polished, fun experience. I invite other XR developers to present their projects--please, don't be shy! The sooner you let people play, the sooner you can find out what needs work!
VR Double Features are free in-person events, showcasing one game in development that needs your play testing feedback, and one fully released game. Even if you've already played the game up for testing, the other game will always offer something new to enjoy.
The AudioGraph Beer Company, is a fabulous microbrewery in downtown LA. Formerly called HiDef Brewing, they name many of their beers after audio engineering terms, like Ambient, Fuzzbox or I'm With The Band. They make some wonderful and unique beers--check out their current offerings: www.audiographbeer.com
While AudioGraph doesn't have a kitchen to offer food of its own, you can bring in whatever you like. BYO pizza! They also have a barcode to order delivery from a restaurant just across the street.
There is FREE PARKING at the back of the building in an alley called Margo St -- behind either AudioGraph or their neighbor S.D. Herman Co (closed in the evening). For a map to get you there, CLICK HERE. Additional parking is available just across the street on 12th St.
VR Play Testers is presented by MugginsVR in collaboration with Pasadena XR**.
