What we’re about

If you are someone who has been having a tough time with life lately and need to learn more about how you can cope, or just need someone to listen and support you. This is the place for you. Every week I will invite other mental health professionals or experienced individuals to host group sessions, covering journaling, art therapy, cooking and music/dance therapy, specifically showing you how to turn your hobbies into a form of therapy. If you are new to mental wellness, we will also have sessions covering mental wellness and coping skills.

Our goal is to help those in need find free or very affordable, help and support without having to pay 100-200$ to get introduced to these forms of therapeutic activities.
